The moniker of "Crane Bedi" that I got during my stint with Delhi Traffic Police forms the essence of this blog. A crane clears the way & makes pathways. This is where I express my thoughts & share my experiences and concerns for a better world.
Kiran Bedi is a retired Indian Police Service officer, Reformer, social activist, Asian Tennis Champion, & Former Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry. She is also the first woman to join the Indian Police Service.
I luckily stumbled upon this Blog , Dr. Bedi...where do you get all the motivation and enthusiasm from ? It is really nice that people like you have been born in India!! However I am sad you have applied for voluntary retirement.A lady as tough as you should not have given it up that easily... Do you have an email id that you can share with me? Dr. Bedi, its been so much grace from God's side that i came through ur website and blog.....i find a real shernii in u....instilling borderless courage into the Indians.....ur career has been so attractive.....such a track record...only few reach at the place where u are....so respected.....after my Mom, u are my hero....i shall work my best to serve my nation...Jai Hind...Jai Bhaarat....

I stumbeled upon your blog by chance - while searching for some official work. It is a pleasant surprise tinted with sadness that you have not been able to write at all after 2006.
This is a sincere request - do start blogging once again. We need social daring leadres here in the blogging world to be our mentors and inspirations.You are one of those leaders who talks straight on the face and never minces words.
I admit that you must be having a gruelling schedule and deadlines to meet. And may be due to this, you could not find time to continue ith the Blog.
So Mam, please do start afresh and share your views and thoughts with us. Trust me, there are millions who idiolise you - and you do know that!
Will keep coming back to your wonderfull blog frequently with the hope that you would have started again.
